1. جميع الأسعار المعروضة تشمل ضريبة المبيعات المقررة قانونًا في الأردن، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
2. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق، على أن يثبت السعر عند إتمام عملية الشراء وإصدار الفاتورة.
3. الصور المعروضة للمنتجات توضيحية، وقد يختلف الشكل الفعلي للمنتج مع مطابقة المواصفات الفنية.
4. يلتزم العميل بتقديم بيانات صحيحة عند الشراء، ويتحمل المسؤولية القانونية عن أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
5. يحق للمتجر إلغاء أو تعليق أي طلب في حال الاشتباه في وجود عملية غير مشروعة أو مخالفة للقوانين.
6. أي نزاع ينشأ يخضع لأحكام القوانين الأردنية النافذة وتكون محاكم المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية هي صاحبة الاختصاص.
